You grant REMINISCENCE BY ROBBIN SPECIAL EVENTZ, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use photographs, video, and other media from the event, including your image, likeness, voice, or appearance, for business purposes including marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and portfolio use, without compensation or prior approval.
Media captured by third-party photographers or videographers remains the property of the respective content creator and is subject to any licensing or usage terms agreed upon between the booking party and such vendor. REMINISCENCE BY ROBBIN SPECIAL EVENTZ, LLC is not responsible for the independent practices, policies, or use of media by third-party vendors.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media used by REMINISCENCE BY ROBBIN SPECIAL EVENTZ, LLC.
For events involving minors, the booking party represents and warrants that they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s), or have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian, to consent to media capture and use on their behalf.
Guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the event host or REMINISCENCE BY ROBBIN SPECIAL EVENTZ, LLC prior to the start of the event. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests; however, complete exclusion from incidental capture cannot be guaranteed.
